TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
By joining an Okanagan Spirits subscription program, you agree to the terms and conditions as a member/subscriber.
Club members must be of legal drinking age in the province or state of their shipping address.
Club members must provide Okanagan Spirits with their personal email for subscription communications, newsletters, and promotions.
Club members authorize Okanagan Spirits to charge their credit card automatically for each upcoming subscription release at any time (typically 30 days prior to the release). Non-refundable once processed.
In-Store pickups at either our Vernon or Kelowna distillery locations can be selected at time of sign-up. A show of valid government-issued ID will be requested at pick-up. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please contact us toll-free at 1-888-292-5270 and let us know who will be picking up your order. Please note: orders can only be picked up by persons age 19+.
In-Store pickups are available up to 30 days after the release date. Orders not picked up in this time frame will be automatically shipped to the billing address on file.
Members can enjoy perks and discounts both online and in-store. Please mention your subscription in-store before your transaction.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Please keep your subscription profile up to date with your billing and shipping information. Neglecting to do so may result in additional shipping charges and processing delays.
Shipping addresses must be a valid residential or business address. We cannot ship to dry communities and some rural addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Credit cards are kept securely on file and processed 30 days prior to each release.
Prices or package types can change at any time. Listed prices do not include tax or bottle deposit.
Coupons or promotions received through club membership hold no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any cancellation received in the window between a credit card charge and release date will apply to the following release date. All cancelation requests must be submitted either through our online portal, or in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
